Alliance first contacted us to perform an audit of the group’s 13 most important websites. Christophe Sisternas, the group’s new International Marketing Director, then wanted to take stock of the group’s online image and brands. This audit led to a realignment of the teams and agencies responsible for these sites.
Subsequently, Publika & Agora Partners were charged with implementing some of the audit recommendations, such as improving the SEO and SEM of website speedqueeninvestor.com, integrating a new CMS into the existing website ipso.com, and creating website unimaclaundry.com.
A world-leading manufacturer of multibrand washing machines and dryers for industrial laundries, on site laundries and laundromats.
How can we optimize our sites to increase sales while staying within our budget?
Our customer support
Audit of the group’s main websites
A full audit was carried out on the group’s main websites. All-important aspects relating to usability, ergonomics, SEO and content were analyzed. Publika then presented the results of this audit in Chicago to the directors of Alliance and the digital agencies in charge of the group’s sites.
Speed Queen laundromats
One of the group’s brands is Speed Queen, a century-old brand of professional washing machines and dryers that is very popular in the US but less known on the international market. Alliance attaches paramount importance to this brand, which is the world leader in the laundromat sector. The brand created its own franchise and plans to expand worldwide through its website speedqueeninvestor.com.
This portfolio was assigned to the team from Agora Partners. Our role at this point was to create and translate new content with a view to better SEO positioning, to create landing pages and Adwords campaigns in all the countries involved and to disseminate information about the laundry and the franchise in the media to obtain maximum visibility and external links.
Increased SEO and SEM/PPC traffic led to Alliance obtaining more conversions and opening a greater number of Speed Queen Laundromats in Europe, Latin America, and India.
Integration of a new CMS
IPSO, another Alliance brand, had a website whose content the customer could not manage. Rouge Hexagone therefore created a duplicate of the site on Drupal, giving Alliance complete flexibility to manage all content on website ipso.com.
Alliance now has control of this website and can add or edit its content.
Creation of a new website
UniMac, a third Alliance Group brand, had no multilingual site beyond its U.S. website. Therefore, Rouge Hexagone created the site unimaclaundry.com from start to finish, from the design to the content, using the same CMS as IPSO, to give Alliance maximum management flexibility.
UniMac now enjoys visibility on the international market and the website acts as an online shop window for the brand's services.
The relationship and management of these Alliance sites is still in short but you can see below some figures showing how activities evolved between 2015 and 2016.
