Stéphane Pujol is passionate about his profession and his city – Marseille – with which he has a symbiotic relationship, with its ups and downs. He is fascinated by new technologies that help him better advise and serve his customers.
He is very interested in digital marketing and we have a long-standing relationship with him. Always eager to understand and broaden his horizons, Stephane first asked us to help him moderate his blog Pujol Real Estate: in spite of his interest in what is published, he did not have enough time for it and so was losing his enthusiasm.
The philosophy of Stéphane and his teams: provide guidance to property owners in their real estate choices.
How to update the content of my blog to inspire existing readers and attract new ones?
Our customer support
A blog audit
Stéphane is an expert in his field, with expertise built up over more than two decades of experience, interacting with his teams, suppliers and peers, not to mention his research and reading which inspire and invite him constantly accept new challenges.
This complete overview he has acquired of the real estate sector is never an easy one to communicate; he is still torn between two contrary emotions: the desire to pass on his knowledge objectively and the discomfort he sometimes feels about the disinformation commonly available (the real estate sector too has its share of sharp operators and fast-talkers!).
We audited his blog to identify his style and areas of concern, to better understand how he was in the habit of writing and organizing content.
Based on the audit and frequent discussion, we got the blog off to a fresh start:
- New draft articles for each section of the blog.
- Content creation based on Stéphane’s notes.
- Regular publication of SEO-optimized content.
- Search engine optimization of the existing but still topical articles.
To update Stéphane’s knowledge of WordPress, we organized a distance-learning course, giving us the opportunity to answer questions about web editing and certify his new abilities.
Launch of a new website
Stéphane felt the need to rework all the content and the structure of his website, making each page «a model of SEO».
- Creation of webpages for the services offered by the agency (rental management rental, TRUSTEE, leasing and transactions) and the presentation of the teams.
- Integration and optimization of back office pages.
Here again, Stéphane demonstrated his capacity to update his knowledge and quickly undertake the changes needed, both on the blog and the website of his agency.
All our service activities involve people meeting and working together. This is what I have been doing with Publika teams for many years now.
A blog is a personal adventure that needs time to establish itself and must be nourished. I need to move things around, to rephrase, to delegate some tasks that are sometimes less fun than a simple article idea. For this reason, guidance is essential.
Thanks to Lionel, Raphael and all the team for this support.
